The Neutral Goshree Agriculture Project, an initiative focused on a carbon football with a clean zero carbon, was launched in the election district of the asatby. The project, which was implemented by the Agricultural Department and the Office for the Development of Goshree islands (Goshree Islands Development Authority (GIDA), was inaugurated on Tuesday, August 26 by President Mulavukad Panchayat Akbar Vs by handing over the farmers’ agricultural sets.
The project was designed to help 200 recipients in Panchayat establish homelands of vegetables and fruits. Neutral carbon agriculture project is also carried out in Kadamacuda, Elankunnapuzha, Nayarambbalam, Edavanakad, Njarackal, Kuzhuppily and Pallippuram Panchayats.
