
Electricity consumers in Maharashtra rejoice! According to the main Minister Dendry Fadnavis, the state government is set to reduce tariffs by 26 percent in five years, PTI reported.
In the Platform of Social Media X (formerly Twitter) Fadnavis 25, June said that the reduction in performance will start in the first year by a reduction in 10 %. This is the first in the history of the state, he added.

- According to Fadnavis, in the first state, Mahavitaran filed a petition for reducing electricity tariffs that received Merc.
- The order will include all three categories: commercial consumers, home consumers and industrial consumers.
- 70 % of consumers using less than 100 units of electricity will be achieved by a maximum reduction in the rate of 10 %, added cm.
- Fadnavis also said that work on Mukhyamantri Saur Krishi Vahini Yojana 2.0 is “on a war character” to ensure agricultural and reliable electricity supplies to farmers.
