The water level in the Godavari River in Bhadrachalam exceeded the first level of flood warnings at 43 feet at 19:22 on Friday and reached 43.90 feet at 9 pm, which was 9.71 Lakh Cusecs floods downstream. The first flood warning was released according to the Godavari flood manual after the river touched 43 feet. People living in the villages of Riverside and the areas susceptible to the flood in the Bhadrachalama Agency and elsewhere in the Bhadradri Kothagudem district were recommended to take security measures and drop from the journey into the river. In Bhadrachalam, the flood rooms were activated to deal with the needs.
