G. Swami Naida, Director of the JNTU-GV (Research and Development), asked students on Saturday to gain additional skills through online courses to increase their employability.
When he spoke to the HR Summit-2025 on the Avanthi Engineering College of Cheroplaly in the Vizianagararam district, he said that the National Educational Policy-2020 gave them a great opportunity to carry out more courses at once.
The founder of Medha Language Theater Chiranjeevi Ambargonda said that students would become proficient in English and other languages when they overcome the initial fear and hesitation of determination.
The chairman of the Avanthi Muttamsetti Srinnivasa Rao said that academic performance and professional skills should have the same priority for gaining employment in reputable companies.
HR representatives of Amazur Technologies Kodi Sunil, WNS Global Services RL Narayanna and Mouri Tech Associate Vasu Singampalli explained exams and interviews to students.
