Hyderabad, the main judge of India, Br Gavai, recommended students to go abroad to go abroad to go abroad on scholarships and not to put pressure on family finances. The Indian legal system faces unique challenges and needs to be repaired, said the justice Gavai on Saturday (July 12, 2025).
“Although I have concluded that our legal system needs to be repaired strongly, I remain carefully optimistic that my fellow citizens will rise to challenges,” Gavai said.
“Our country and the legal system have been facing unique challenges. Delays in experiments can sometimes take place for decades. We have seen cases where someone was found to be innocent after spending years in prison as underline. Our best talent can help us solve the problems we face,” he said.
He recommended giving out graduates to look for mentors not for their power, but for integrity. The Chief Minister of Revanth Reddy and the judge of the Supreme Court of Judge PS Narasimha also took part in the convening, while the High Court’s judge chaired the Telangana High Court Sujoy Paul.
