In a shocking incident, a IX class student gave birth to a government residential school in the Yadgir district on Wednesday’s boy at the school toilet.
According to companies, the girl delivered around 14:00 and her classmates, who saw her through work and birth, informed her school authorities. The girl (aged 17 and seven months old) and the newborn were later taken to the hospital for treatment and allegedly in good health.
According to companies, the girl was reportedly subjected to a sexual assault by an unknown person about 9 to 10 months ago. Meanwhile, the girl has refused to talk about who attacked her, and if someone knew what had happened. According to the company, the incident of the child’s birth was not informed at the request of the victim’s brother, who was informed soon after the incident.
Deputy Commissioner Harshal Bhoyar, Police Director Pruthvik Shankar and General Director of Lavish Ordia rushed to the hospital where a minor girl was admitted. Mr. Boyar said Hindu that Prima Facia was there serious outages by the school authorities.
Karnataka Residential Educational Institution Society (Kreis) placed four employees of the residential school under the suspension of charges of fees for remuneration and negligence in monitoring the student’s educational and health status. Suspension employees are Basamma, Director; Geetha, guardian; Zarasimhamurty, natural science teacher; and Shdridhar, a physical education teacher. The Ministry’s investigation was ordered.
According to the order for suspension, the school authorities were unable to carry out regular health checks or monitor the student’s participation. She learns that the girl visited classes on average only about 10 days a month from the beginning of this academic year. The nurse of the employees said that the girl had not shown any symptoms of pregnancy earlier, in the order of suspension.
The State Commission of Karnataka for the Protection of Child Rights (KSCPCR) condemned the incident and urged legal steps. SHASHIDHAR KOSUMBE, a member of the Commission, said the SUO MOT would be registered.
According to the instructions of KSCPCR, Nirmal Hombanna, a district official for the protection of children, filed a complaint against a jurisdiction police.
Channappa Anegundi, Social Activist Channapp Anegundi, questioned how the good girls did not follow the responsible positions at the residential school. “Why didn’t the girl’s frequent and necessary health checks do despite specific instructions?” Demanded to know.
The case was registered under Section 64 of the Act on the Protection of Children from Sexual Crimes (POŠO), 2012 and Sections 33 and 33 of the Judicial Act in Bharatiya Nyaya Samhita, 2023, 2025.
While an unknown perpetrator of crime is accused of number one, the other appointed in fir are geetha, guardians; Kaveramma, sister; Basamma, Director; and a person named Sharanabasava.
