The Telangana High Court on Wednesday (April 22, 2026) delivered its verdict in a series of writ petitions seeking to stay the Justice PC Ghose commission report on alleged irregularities in the implementation of the Kaleshwaram Lift Irrigation Scheme (KLIS). findings of the Commission “will be broken”.
A bench of Chief Justice Aparesh Kumar Singh and Justice GM Mohiuddin while reading the operative part of the judgment in the first court said that no action could be taken against former Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao and three others based on the findings of the Commission.
