The Pinaki Chandra Ghos Commission accused former main Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao as “directly and vicarious” responsible for inconsistencies and illegality in planning, construction, completion, operation and maintenance of Medigadda, Annaram, and ive.
“His involvement and instructions slightly … is the cause and result of inconsistencies and cause of an emergency for these three barilats,” the Commission said in its 665 -page report, which was explored on Monday by ministers. The Commission stated that it would be possible to categorically decide that there was an irregularity in the conceptualization of the Kaleshwaam project until the administrative approval on 1 March 2016 for the construction of three barriers and “this is not the decision of the government but individuals”.
