General Upendra Dwivedi stepped down on Tuesday as the 30th Chief of Army Staff, saying that future wars would be “joint, integrated and theater-oriented”. He handed over command to General Dhiraj Seth, who took over as the commander of the 31st Army at a ceremony in New Delhi.
