14 -year -old Vibhav SuryavANSHi signed on Tuesday, May 20, from the Indian Premier League 2025 with incredible shifts.
VAIBHAV, the youngest cricket in the history of IPL, has become the face of the “Gen Bold vs gen Gold” campaign – a symbolic generation clash between fearless youth and seasoned legends. Perhaps it was poetic that Rajasthan played his final group game against Chennai Super Kings-Foundes of this generation clash.
VAIBHAV shows cricket IQ gene gold

A black -year -old man, who opposed 43 -year -old Chennai Super King, showed a remarkable cricket IQ. He chased 188 on a slightly spicy playground, where the ball developed in early crossings, Suryavanshi measured his shifts and played classic cricket missiles to raise his first half -century season.
It was a very different performance than what we expected from him. The CRIKET brand VAIBHAV SURYAVANSHI is usually fresh, fearless and demanding on impact-attaching an opener that lights up powerplay with a minimum luggage.
But against CSK, at the stadium Arnu Jaitley, a fourteen -year -old has played far in his years to build shifts that anchored Rajasthan’s persecution. Vabhav realized that he could not slam from the beginning, and began working on the gaps at off-side against pace. As soon as he got into the eye-and once he was forced to introduce a rotation-cheap, he threw himself on anything short and released massive six on both sides of the Earth.
Ripeness at gentle moments
It also showed maturity in finer moments. In the eleventh, when Ravindra Jadeja tried to rush between the vans, Vibhav simply left the stumps and reset the moment. He then politely apologized before he asked Jadej to deliver the ball again-and followed by a clean, flowing six outside the party that brought the crowd to his feet this season.
It is unbelievable to think that he is the same fourteen -year -old who has launched his career with six outside Shardul Thakur. The fact that it remained grounded after breaking the second fastest century in the history of IPL is itself a success. And then, to keep the nerves and not give up the urge to hit every ball in his last trip of the season – it requires another level of peace and strength.
SuryavANSHI ended his debut season IPL with 252 runs out of 7 matches for a stunning strike rate of 206.56 and on average 36. These are not just promising newcomers-they can the kind of statistics that require long-term investments.

The performance of SuryavANSHi is also a scary answer to Ambbati Rayud’s comments to Rajasthan Royals this season. Rayudu, in the middle of the competition, noted that Rajasthan Royals think they are making a charity by trusting young. His argument depends on Royals, who has not won the title of IPL since 2008.
But here’s the thing – Rajasthan did not finish in the lower two Because they trusted young people. They finished there because in the last moments of the games they lacked temperament.
This season there were at least five matches where Rajasthan had a game at his neck – and let her slip. Riyan Parag, Yashasvi Jaiswal, Shimron Hetmyer, and even Waninda Hasarang were at various stages.
Rajasthan is a young site, but in their final game they showed what a little maturity – Sanja Samson or anyone in the middle order – for their season.
When he spoke after the match, Samson himself acknowledged this problem and admitted that even the team did not know how they ended up at the bottom of the table – because they did not feel that they were playing the season.
Samson said that the last game shows a plan that must follow – calmness, brightness in roles and peace at the moment of the clutch. With several improvements in staff and slightly developed thinking, Rajasthan Royals could return to Play -off next season.
And if it returns stronger, it will almost certainly be with Vibhav SuryavANShi as one of their pillars. Like Samson and Jaiswal, VAIBHAV seems to be a long-term Rajasthan project-maybe the face of the bold era in IPL.
