
Bombay:The chairman of the group Adani Gautam Adani announced on Wednesday the construction of a new rope of Kedarnath Dham, which was to facilitate and safer for a devoted pilgrimage.

In the paper on X, Gautam Adani wrote: “The difficult climb to Kedarnath Dham will now facilitate. The Adani Group builds this rope to make a pilgrimage to the devotees easier and safer.”

The Kedarnath temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva, is located at an altitude of more than 11,000 feet in the Himalayas and has immense religious significance.
Meanwhile, the Kedarnath Dham portals will be ceremonially closed for the winter season 23.
The committee also said that Badrinath Dham portals will be closed this year for the winter of November 25 at 14:56.
The date for the ceremonial closure of Badrinath and Kedarnath Dhams was decided on Vijayadash.
In the afternoon there was a large religious ceremony in the Badrinath temple to determine the date of closure. During the event, Dharmadhikari and Vedice Scholars completed the date on the basis of Panchang calculations in the presence of BKTC officials.
Rawal of Badrinath Dham then formally announced the date of closure of the temple.
On this occasion, the Ceremonial Turban (Pagdi) for Bhandar Seva for the upcoming pilgrimage season 2026 is also introduced.
According to the press release, the schedule of the traditional Pujas, which takes place before closure, will also be completed on the same day. In addition, a favorable time for the departure of Shri Uddhav Ji and Shri Kuber to Pandukeshwar and for Adi Guru Shankaracharyiny Gaddi and Vishnu’s vehicle, Shri Garud Ji, proceed in the winter headquarters in Narsingh, will decide.
On this occasion, at the same time, in the winter chair of Panch Kedar and the Church of Omkareshwar in Ukhimath (RudraPrayag), it will be decided on the date for the closure of the second kedar, the Shri Madmaheshwar portals. Similarly, in the Shri Markeshwar, Makkath (RudraPrayag), the date of the closure of the third Kedar – Shri Tungnath Ji portals will also be determined.
