Former star Wales and Real Madrid Gareth Bale reportedly prepares a dramatic return to football, but not on the pitch, Raher, in the meeting room. The 35-year-old, who retired in 2023, leads the consortium for the purchase of Cardiff City, a club based in his hometown. Bale submitted an offer exceeding EUR 46 million to obtain a Welsh page, a step that would see how less than half of EUR 99 million Real Madrid climbed to its services in 2013. MARK. Earlier news reported that the Bale’s group explored other clubs, including an unsuccessful attempt to buy Plymouth Argyle. His interest in Cardiff, however, seems deeply personal and long -term. “Being part of the ownership group would be a dream,” Bale said. “I would like to be part of Cardiff’s growth and transported it to the Premier League, where it deserves it.”
