The district administration of Shivamogg and the Ministry of Information and Public Relations celebrated the anniversary of the birth of Mahatma Gandhi and former Prime Minister Lal Bahadura Shastri on Thursday.
The MLA for Shivamogg Sn Channabasappa, DS Aunn legislators and others offered the leaders of underfloor honors.
On this occasion, Mr. Channabasappa remembered the fight for freedom led by Mahatma Gandhi, who managed to get freedom for Earth. Mahatma Gandhi had followers around the world because of its principles: peace and non -violent. Unfortunately, after the country’s independence, she failed to observe the values with which Gandhi led the nation.
He remembered Shastri’s contributions and said that the former Prime Minister was known for his simplicity and honesty. He gave the slogan Jawan and Jai Kissan, said Mr. Channabasappa.
DS ARUN, MLC, said Mahatma Gandhi Propagades Swadeshi Principle, which watched the current regime on Wednesday. Gandhi remained the main spirit for the nation.
