The High Court in Kerala issued a notice to S. Vikas, the President of the Advisory Committee of the Church in Kadakkal in Kollam, while heard a case concerning playing revolutionary songs in “Ganamela” held in the temple of March 10 with the flags of political parties in the background.
The Court of Justice, which would say that such incidents should not be allowed in the temple premises, then sought complete video events that took place in the temple in this context, and at the same time considered a request for “violations of habit” in the temple. He postponed the case until 3 April to hear the requests of the State Government, the Travancore Devaswom Council and the Temple Advisory Committee. Mr. Vikas and police inspector Kadakkal appeared in the petition.
