
The introduction that 58 kg of gold decorations confiscated by CBI in 2011 was not associated with a case registered against him, mining Baron and Karnataka MLA Gali Janardhan Reddy moved the Theangana High Court and sought direction to return the ornaments.
The justice of K. Lakshman of HC, after heard the statement of the Radci CBI and Mr. Reddy, postponed the hearing until 23 July. Karnataka Mla and three of them received a seven -year prison in illegal ore mining, which concerned Obulapuram mining society.
The Theangana High Court condemned Mr. Reddy after filed a criminal proposal. In this petition, he claimed that he had documents to prove that 58 kg of gold jewelry confiscated from his house was not associated with an illegal case of mining.
In the petition, he stated that since he was ending with the court and the judge did not state that the jewelry had been purchased with mining money.
