Indian annual drug and pharmaceutical exports touched a record $ 30 billion in FY25 reinforced 31% year -on -year increase in March.

March Performance

Product category
Granular details for March are expected, Pharmexcil DG said. US The highest market
The US, which remains the largest market for years, has now maintained their dominant accounting for more than a third of the Indian export of the pharmacy. In terms of value, exports to the US were 14.29% to $ 89537 million ($ 7833.75 million). The United Kingdom, Brazil, France and South Africa were another in the top five countries that were together for less than 10.5% of exports.

South Africa, on the other hand, was on the list despite the decline in exports by 1.78%. Upper regions
RegionWise, diesel, Europe, Africa and Lac were four main regions that represented 76% of Indian exports of the pharmacy. Of these, diesel was 36.60%, exporting by 14.06% to $ 9804.78 million.
Among the regions where exports decreased were Africa (by 1.74%) and northeast Asia (4.30%).
