The winners of the 71 National Film Awards were announced on Friday at the National Media Center in Nový Delhi. Prestigious award award -winning films certified by the Central Council for Film Certification (CBFC) between 1 to 31 December 2023.
Veteran actress Rani Mukerji won the best actress in the lead role for her strong show at Mrs. Chatterje vs Norway.
The best actor award was shared by Shah Rukh Khan for his role in Jawan and Vikrant Massey for his performance at 12. Failure, which meant a rare but famous tie in the category.
Filmmaker Vidu Vinod Chopra was named the best feature film, which further strengthened its place as one of the most influential films of the year.
