
Minister of Information and Public Relations Kolus Partharathy urged people to try to fulfill the dreams of freedom fighters who sacrificed their lives for India’s independence.
Addressing The Gathering at the 79th Independence Day Celebrations Held at the Police Parade Grounds Heire on Friday, The Ministry Superintendent of Police K. Pratap Shiva Kishhore, and Joint Collector Dhatri Reddy, Recalled The Victims of National Heroes, and urged youth to draw inspiration.
Mr. Partharatha emphasized various initiatives in the field of good living conditions and development and stated that the government was determined to seize the poor, women and students. “It is our duty to develop a nation in all spheres, just as our freedom fighters imagined,” he said.
On this occasion, the Minister started the “Stree Shakti” scheme, which allowed free travel for women in Elur. Accompanied by a collector and other officials, traveled on the bus and communicated with passengers to understand their experience.
IGP Ashok Kumar distributed sweets employees and urged police staff to work with determination and to ensure justice for the needy. SP took part in the Independence Day celebrations in the English Secondary School Suresh Chandra Bahugun and motivated students to work hard to achieve their dreams. It also ensured the development of school infrastructure, including the provision of computers for the laboratory.
The cultural performance of students received the award of the police officers present. Later, the Minister, collector, IGP and SP introduced merit certificates to 54 employees for their exemplary service.
