Uday Krishna Reddy, who recently reached the position of All India 350 on the civil service exam, shared his inspirational journey from Constable as a probable IPS officer, in the RC Reddy Ias Study Circle.
Mr. Reddy, who comes from a small village in the district of Prakasham, Andhra Pradesh, launched the preparation of civilians in RC Reddy Study Circle as a student of Group 2 Telugu Medium in 2015.
Despite facing failures in his first attempt in 2019, where he just missed the qualification of only 9 stamps, he persevered to achieve his goal. He attributed his grandmother, a modest vegetable retailer, with the installation of the importance of education.
Mr. Reddy offered words for youth that asked the applicants to stay and concentrate. This is the only way to success. RC Reddy, the founder, remembered how hard work associated with a focused approach can help applicants realize their dreams.
