After scintillation female semifinals, it is time for men to stand in Roland Garros on Friday 6th June. Novak Djokovic will stand against World No. 1 Jannik Sinner, while the defending Champion Carlos Alcaraz will face in Lorenzo Musetti.
All four men were in sensational form in Roland Garros, with Djokovic enjoying a sensational turn after four exits of the first round in tournaments heading on the French Open. The Serbians released around Mackenzie McDonald, Corentin Moutet, Filip Misosol and Cameron Norrie before meeting Alexander Zverev in the quarterfinals, where he dropped one set. Djokovic, however, bounced off to beat the Germans 4-6, 6-3, 6-2, 6-4 in three hours and 17 minutes.
Sinner will win over Arthur Rinderknech, Richard Gasquet, Jiri Lehechka, Andrey Rublev and Alexander Bublik and this year he has to drop the set at the French Open. Djokovic and sinner faced each other 8 times and have four wins per piece. However, Italian has a record of 3-0 at its last three meetings.
Alcaraz accepts Musetti after playing his best tennis during the quarterfinal tournament to send Tommy Paul. Mouse’s great run saw him defeated Frances Tiafoe in the last round and Move to fifth place in a live ranking. Victory over Alcaz will see how he reaches the fourth place.
Alcaraz and Museti faced each other six times, while the Spaniard dominated the 5-1 record. At their last two meetings, Alcaraz defeated Italian in the Monte-Carlo and Roman semifinals this year.
