How to work in Bengaluru mall for free
An individual shared a video suggesting how people can work for free at the Nexus Shantiniketan Mall in the Whitefield area. He said everyone can work with a few simple ways, using free WiFi, air conditioning and charging ports. He added that all these facilities can be easily used without spending money on anything.
“Sit and work on a laptop for free in Bangalore – Part 1 Remote work or WFH or study for exam,” read the caption of his post. In the video, the man is seen moving around and working on his laptop in different corners of the mall. He showed several places where anyone could sit with their laptops and get their work done.

Free wifi, AC, charging port
His video read: “Remote hacks: Sit and work all day with free Wi-Fi, AC and charging ₹0 in Whitefield, Bengaluru, legally.”
The user shared a detailed breakdown of places he knows inside the mall that can be used as workstations. He wrote: “Go to Nexus Shantiniketan Mall in Whitefield. Location 1: Go to the second floor and look for the Zeiss Vision Center. You will find the workstations near the railing. Connect to the free Nexus WiFi network.”
“Spot 2: Go to the UG floor near the Starbucks and go to the back of the seating. Spot 3: There are free charging stations behind the Starbucks seating. You can also connect to Starbucks’ high-speed free Wi-Fi.”
The user also suggested other options for those who prefer a quiet place while working.
“Location 4: Visit Chaayos on the UG floor and connect to the free WiFi there. Location 5: You can also sit outside the mall and work. Just make sure your mobile hotspot is turned on,” he added.

The video has now gone viral on the photo sharing platform. While some people praised the user for his ideas, some said they were not realistic.

One of them wrote in the comments: “Never use free wifi, hackers can use wifi to steal all company data.”
“How do you even work with all these people around? I can’t even properly work in my office when all the people decide to come into the office,” added another.
Another commented: “I’ve done it before! But the chairs are really uncomfortable and you can’t sit for more than an hour.”
Someone else also wrote: “It can totally help in emergency needs as most common places offer free wifi. We save peanuts from our pocket, we shouldn’t compromise organizational systems…”
