According to Vizianagaram DSP M. Srinivasa Rao, up to seven unemployed young people were cheated on a gang, which was misleading with fake appointments and gathered from them 53 lakh.
Mr. Srinivasa Rao said that a person named K. Sai Venkat sujit assured them of outsourcing jobs in the Amaravati Secretariat via a Facebook post. Many young districts of Vizianagarama, Visakhapatnam, Parvatipuram-Manyam and Anakapalli approached them and other gang members. Later the accused Sai Venkat took them to the secretariat and made them stay in Vijayawada for a month.
The youth who received a false appointment waited patiently for publication. After knowing about cheating, one victim s.vinod submitted a case at one city police station. Inspector Vizianagaram Circle S. Srinivas and the team asked the complaint and understood that the gang was involved in the crime. Arrested Ch. Mahesh, Rubin Kumar, John and Yakub immediately. They said they would also arrest the main accused Sai. who is currently hospitalized because of health problems.
