Four family members were killed and others were injured in an accident at Noolvi Cross, near Hubballi, on Sunday.
The accident occurred when the car that the family traveled from the haired was hit by the retaining wall on the road.
Thos, who was killed, was identified as Sujat Hiremath, 60, Gayatri Mahantimath, 67, Sampath Kumari, 68, 68, and Shakuntala Hiremath, 72.
After a family office they went home, the police said. Veeresh Hiremath, who was injured, was admitted to the KMC RC hospital. A case was registered.
