The Chief Minister of Pinaraya Vijayan will start on Wednesday in the state capital “innovation, integration and impact”.
The aim of the four -day Conclave organized by the Income Department and the Survey and Land Department is to emphasize progress in land administration.
After the inauguration in Nishagandhi Auditorium at 4 pm, the next two days will take place at the Uday Hotel Samudra Beach in Kovallam.
Delegates from 23 states registered into the Conclave. National and international experts in the field will participate.
On the last day of the meeting, delegates will receive the opportunity to experience first -hand digital resurvey in the state and communicate with officials.
EXPO Digital survey, which will be held together with Conclave, will present national proven procedures and innovations in land management.
Conclave comes against the background of the state to explore the soil -based soil, which is a model for others, the Minister of Income K. Rajan said in his statement.
Resurvey proceedings were initiated in the state in 1966.
When the present left the democratic leading government, it came to power, resurvey was carried out in 921 villages in a traditional way. In 16 years since the introduction of the total electronics station (ETS) in 1995, only 92,000 hectares of land was measured. This was the time when the government mulled for faster and more transparent digital resurves. She had to overcome public concerns, along with challenges such as finance and temporary staff to start the survey in November 2022. It was in August 2023 at the time the required equipment arrived. Since then, 51.43 Lakhy Laky and 7.34 Lakh hectares of soil have been measured and recorded. This comes to one quarter out of 28 lakh HA soil in the state (reducing almost 7 lakh ha forest land), the Minister said in his statement.
Mission Digital Survey Mission Ente Bhoomi, which started in 2022 with an investment of 858 GBP, means the shift of the land management paradigm. The “Ente Bhoomi” portal, which was launched in October last year, is the first comprehensive digital information system of the country in the country. It integrates geospatially referred to cadastral maps in real time with dynamic land records. The project is provided by end-to-end digital surveys, immediate access to citizens, complaints, digitized transactions, automated preliminary mutation and secure boundaries.
The third phase of the digital resurvey is now turned on. Resurvey was launched in 639 villages and was completed in 312 villages and became another model of Kerala, the Minister said in his statement.
