A case has been registered against the organizers of an alleged child marriage in Kasaragod district, police said on Saturday.
Four persons, including the 16-year-old girl’s father, Padna panchayat member PK Thajuddin, a cleric of Azhikkal Juma Masjid, and Sabir (28), who allegedly married the girl, were detained by the Chandera police, they added.
