Former Member of Parliament and Viswa Hindi Parishad (VHP) National President Yarlagadda Lakshmi Prasad visited Governor S. Abdul Nazeer at Lok Bhavan here on Monday (March 2, 2026).
Mr. Lakshmi Prasad briefed the Governor about the activities of the Lok Nayak Foundation, particularly its initiatives in promoting literature, preserving cultural heritage and promoting meaningful social movements across the country.
He highlighted the foundation’s sustained efforts in encouraging writers, scholars and cultural ambassadors who contribute to national integration and linguistic harmony.
He expressed his appreciation for the Governor’s consistent encouragement to promote the Telugu language and praised the successful organization of international Telugu summits.
