Police arrested 49 -year -old former President AIADMK in Kangeyanoor Village near Polur and his collaborator for attacking a tribe who sought medical expenses after being injured in a car accident a few days ago.
The arrested persons were identified as K. Ganesan, local official AIADMK and former President Panchayat, and V. Dharani, 22, mini-van driver.
The initial investigation revealed that B. Satya Kumar, 31, a member of the NarlicaRAVAR community, rode his two -round bike with his wife S. Preetha and son Jai from Krishnagiri to the village of Kangeyanoor. Their vehicle was hit by Dharani, which transported milk in a mini delivery.
Mr. Satya Kumar suffered fractures in the impact. Immediately passers -by and other motorists accepted him to the government hospital Taluk in Polur. Later, along with his family members, Mr. Satya Kumar met with Mr. Ganesan in his center for milk orders and asked him to pay medical accounts for injury caused by his driver.
Ganesan, who was angry, allegedly attacked him and his family members, including Father N. Balu. The video incident became viral on social media platforms that caused public outrage.
Based on Mr. Satya Kumar’s complaint, shelves registered a case against Ganesan, who was later arrested and filed in a pliable jail in the city. The probe is running.
