Former MLC MVS Sarma spoke on Sunday at a seminar in Vizianagararam.
Former member of the AP Legislative Council and former Vice -Rector of Dravidian University KS Chalam on Saturday asked the State Government to come up with an action plan for the economic progress of the Vizianagararam district, where many jute, sugar and other industries have been closed over the last few decades.
Vizianagararam Pattana Powra Samkshem Sangham Secretary and CPI leader (M) Reddi Reddi Sankar Rao organized a seminar on the development requirements of the Vizianagarama – opportunities. On this occasion, Mr. Sarma said that for the Vizianagaram district, reasonable funds must be assigned to the Government Plan of the Government AP under the vision-2047.
He said that the AP government should focus on the real progress of the state instead of taking decisions in favor of business sectors.
Mr. Chalam felt that the overall development of each part of the company was a need for an hour in the background of differences in the level of people’s income.
The forum for the development of the Minister of the Organization North Andhra MS Vasa claimed that the subsequent governments could not give sufficient resources to irrigation and other projects in the district of Vizianagaram.
Vizianagararam Pattana Powra Samkshema Sangham Minister and Head of CPI (M) Reddi leader Sankara Rao said that the state government will be submitted for rapid development of the district.
