Former Prime Minister and Janata gave (secular) founder of HD Deve Gowda was admitted to the hospital on Tuesday. He suffered from a fever, his office said.
According to the PTI press agency, the Hospital Hospital reported that HD Deve Gowda was admitted to its Old Airport Road hospital with infection.
“He is currently undergoing medical management and his progress is monitored by a team of medical experts,” the hospital’s release read.
Janata Dal (secular) is part of the ruling NDA led by BJP on Wednesday.
