
Luton Town appointed former midfielder Arsenal and England Jack Wilshere as his new manager, the first time he takes a full -time role. Wilshere steps after Matt Bloomfield’s departure, 11 are currently sitting with the club. In League One and faces a call for recovery from consecutive regulations since their Premier League Stint 18 months ago.
Wilshere, 33, brings experience from its time as Arsenal Under-18S Manager and a short interim charm in Norwich City, where he managed the last two matches of last season. During his time in Norwich, Wilshere led the party to victory 4-2 over Cardiff and a blank draw with Middlesbrough.

Luton’s recent form saw how only one of their last five league matches won, which caused a change in leadership because the club is looking for stability. Wilshere replaces Bloomfield after a difficult team’s time, with the hope of revitalizing their League One campaign.
Wilshere began his youth career in Luton and then moved to Arsenal, where he performed 197 for older performances and won two FA cups in 17 years. His game career also included magic in Bournemouth, West Ham and the Danish club Aarhus. He won 34 English caps and was part of the 2014 World Cup team.
After his appointment Wilshere said
“It is a huge honor and the privilege to be named by Luton manager.”
He added his intention to instill in faith and hard work to the team and referred to his previous links to the club and his ambitions for the rest of the season.
“I feel like a moment with a full circle. I was eight when I first came to Luton as a boy, so I think you could say that it was fate, that my first full -time managerial position is in this club.
“There are so many season for which you need to play, and I’m excited about getting to work and putting my own grades on things, and by moving this club forward in a positive direction. I want to give Luton fans a team that can be proud and the work that starts today,” Wilshere.
Wilshere’s coaching background includes the development of young talents in Arsenal, especially helping players like Myles Lewis-Sklly and Ethan Nwaneri advance to the first team. Before his short temporary role, the coach worked as an assistant manager in Norwich under Johannes Hoff Thorup.
