Former Maoist leaders meet CPI(ML) Mass Line leaders, stress need for movement against communalism and fascism

Former Maoist leaders Tippiri Thirupati alias Devuji, Malla Raji Reddy alias Sangram and Damodar visited Marx Bhavan, the Telangana state committee office of the CPI(ML) Mass Line in Hyderabad on Monday.

According to a press release, they collaborated with CPI(ML) Mass Line state secretary Potu Ranga Rao, state secretariat members Hanmesh and Gaddam Sadanandam, besides TUCI, PDSU, PYL and POW leaders.

During the meeting, they discussed the current political situation in the state and the country. Discussions centered on the need to create a broad-based united forum to counter the growing threat of communal fascism and oppose policies detrimental to the interests of farmers, laborers and other working masses.

Welcoming the former Maoist leaders to the party office, Mr. Ranga Rao emphasized the need for a united movement against fascism and communalism to champion the cause of the people.
