Former legislature and spokesman of Congress Ayanur Manjunath described the decision of the legislative assembly of UT Khader’s decision to cancel the suspension of 18 BJP legislators. No one had the rights to download the August House’s solution outside, said May 26 at a press conference in Shivamogg.
Manjunath claimed that this matter was caused by a former legislature, not as a congressman, and stated that there was no rule that would allow the decision to decide.
“According to the rules of the house, the decision should only be withdrawn on the floor of the house. A meeting convened in the presence of a speaker, cm, a representative of cm and the opposition leader cannot take decisions. Nowhere, including parliament, such a decision was taken.
Mr. Manjunath claimed that the decision could not be ratified by the House. “This is not a decision that can be used retrospectively. The speaker could most relax the conditions of suspension and allow the MLA to participate in the house meetings.
