Officer IPS and publicist IPS vs. Ravi launched his books with Shakespeare Addicte’s confession at the assembly marked by intellectual heat and friendship. The event, which took place in Hyderabad on Monday, July 7 and moderated by a former IPS B. Krishná Rao officer, combined the audience of former bureaucrats, scholars and literature enthusiasts who share Ravi’s respect for Bard.
The book, the culmination of Mr. Ravi’s lifelong involvement with William Shakespeare’s work, was awarded as knowledgeable and deeply personal. Former Chief Secretary Andhra Pradesh S. Chakravarthy offered an unforgettable tribute and said, “Ravi breathes, inhales and exhales Shakespeare. He pierced Shakespearem to gain true essence. He is not just a reader.”
The author, Mr. Ravi, told memories from visits to Stratford-up-Avon, the birthplace of William Shakespeare and recitation in The Royal Shakespeare Theater. Mr. Ravi told incidents such as a stunning group of tourists with Hamlet versions and a quote Shakespeare while driving a car with the Nobel Powell Nobel Prize. “I recited Shakespeare in places where no one had ever done. Every word he wrote is shining with radiant luminous intensity,” he said.
The chairwoman of the Hindu Group Nirmala Lakshman, who could not attend for family need, expressed her admiration in the report read by Mr. Krishna Rao. She praised Ravi’s contribution to English literary criticism through her long -term column in the Hindu Sunday magazine and called a new book a remarkable addition to the literary world.
“Since the interview of the amazing vocabulary of a great poet, who also created almost 2000 new words in the language to emphasize the fact that we all use so many Shakespeare’s phrases in our everyday life, Mr. Ravi also showed us that Shakespeare is remarkable and congenital understanding of human nature and emotions in his games.
Former Governor Tamil Nadu and IPS officer in retirement Ram Mohan Rao appreciated Ravi’s ability to revive Shakespeare in everyday interviews. Although he was trained in mathematics and statistics, Rao said he deeply admired Ravi’s literary fascin. Among the dignitaries were former police commissioner Hyderabad Ak Khan.
