
Mumbai: Former Indian cricket Kedar Jadhav has set out on a new journey to the political arena. On Tuesday afternoon, forty -year -old formally joined Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) at the party headquarters here at Nariman Point, which meant the beginning of his political career.

Jadhav, who played for Maharashtra in home cricket and Chennai Super Kings in IPL, was welcomed to the party fold in the presence of state president BJP Chandrashekhar Bawankle and higher leader Ashok Chavan.

“I will bending chhatparati shivaji. Pod (pm, Narendra) modi Ji and (Maharashtra) cm (Devendra) Fadnavis. BJP is doing a development policy. He said that I entered Bawankle and joined BJP,” Jadhav said on the occasion. “It is a day of happiness for us. He had an impact on all spheres of life. I welcome him home. Besides him, several other people from Hingoli and Nanded joined him,” Bawankule said.
“It’s a great human being and a good cricket. It’s for modi and for Vikit Bharat. He has many fans, people like him are strengthening our side. I really thank him. It’s a national icon with several fans and followers.
Maharashtra was born on March 26, 1985 in Pune, Jadhav, a fertile medium dough, debuted for India in 2014 against Sri Lanka, and continued to represent the country in 73 ODIS, noticing 1,389 runs on average 42.09. and picking up 27 goals at an economic rate of 5.15 with its effective part -time.
