Police Narsingi arrested the former corporator of the village of Nobampur, K. Padma Rao, along with three other, for alleged attacking the inhabitants during the colonies association.
The police said that during a meeting of the Venkateshwar Colony Association Association, Padma Rao was involved in a sharp argument with the members of the association who escalated on a physical quarrel. He attacked three individuals.
The other three accused, identified as Koteshwar Rao, Dev Singh and Ati, were also taken into custody in connection with the incident.
The victims filed a complaint at the Narsingi Police Station 13. September and the arrest was carried out on September 17th. Another investigation is underway.
