
Stuart MacGill (IPL Photo) New Delhi: Stuart MacGill, a former Australian testing pitch, received instead of imprisonment of public service when he appeared on Friday to convict cocaine supply fees.The court proceedings at the District Court in Downing Centers included a supporting statement by the former test captain Steve Waugh. MacGill was found guilty of facilitating drug transaction between his supplier and sister -in -law in April 2021.The court ordered an intensive correction order to make one year and 10 months. The order requires MacGill to complete 495 hours of community services and undergo regular drug testing, avoiding imprisonment.The 54 -year -old former cricket, who retired cocaine after retirement, was convicted in March for supplying the accused’s amount of fabric. The jury concluded that while MacGill was aware of the transaction, he remained one kilogram. He has been cleaned of involvement in a large commercial drug offer.After a cocaine transaction, MacGill experienced violent kidnapping. The attackers forced him to the vehicle, transferred him to an abandoned structure in the western suburbs in Sydney, where he endured attack and threat before release.Although MacGill announced the incident to the authorities six days later, he refused to involve drug transactions. The authorities arrested him in 2023.On Friday, Judge Nicole Noman introduced a key role in MacGill in the orchestration of cocaine transaction. “His role was necessary for the parties to join and the transaction,” she said. “The colossal forfeiture of the perpetrator’s judgment was the cause of a very public fall of grace.”The international cricket career MacGill, the range of 1988 to 2008, brought 208 goals in 44 test matches. His successes were often averaged by colleagues with Australian spinner Shane Warne, who ranks second in the list of test cricket goal list.
