
The former Arsenal midfielder Thomas Partey was awarded a conditional bail on Tuesday after appearing in a London court, facing five rape numbers and one number of sexual attacks.
32 -year -old Ghanaian midfielder is accused Of the above crimes, when there were alleged crimes between 2021 and 2022, including three different women. The case pointed out significant public attention, as Partey’s high -ranking football career in the Premier League.
Under the bail conditions, Partey was ordered not to contact any of the complainants. He is also obliged to inform the police of any permanent change in address or international travel plans.
Partey is currently without a club after his contract with Arsenal expired at the end of June. On the basis of transfer reports, it is reportedly expected to return to La League and join the Spanish side of Villarreal.
“I understand that he is no longer employed in this country and plays in Spain,” said Chief Judge Paul Goldspring.
Partey appeared in court dressed in a dark sweater for a zipper and carried a jacket. In the courtroom he stood quietly in the dock, his arms behind his back.
His attorney, Jenny Wiltshire, said earlier that the partey “denies all the accusations against him” and is ready to face the legal process. “Welcome the opportunity to finally clean your name,” she said.
According to the authorities, the police launched their investigation in February 2022 after receiving the first report of alleged rape. Partey was formally accused of 4 July, just a few days after his departure from Arsenal.

The midfielder is to appear another near Old Bailey, one of the most important criminal courts of the United Kingdom, September 2.
