For the second time in April, the Uttarakhand High Court ordered unsealing Madras, which was called “illegal” and sealed by the government, given that the institution will not operate any school in the building without proper recognition by the state.
The commands for Madrasa’s remuneration issued a bench of justice Ravindra Maithani, which also issued a similar relief for Dehradun based in Madarse Enamul Uloom based in Dehradun.
On Thursday (July 10), the court asked the bacry of the Bakry Siddiqui Madrasa, which are located on the outskirts of Dehradun to indicate in writing that they will not operate any educational institution without recognition.
The petitioners submitted in court that they did not operate any Madras in the sealed premises. They argued that the District Administration of Dehradun 29. March “illegally” sealed part of their building without giving them the opportunity to hear them. The petitioners were looking for instructions from the court to the authorities concerned to postpone the premises until the petition was liquidated.
“After considering the temporary measure, until the next date of the extract, the assets should not be accentuated, subject to petitioners who provide a commitment that they will not operate any Madarsu or a school without proper recognition of the state government under the rules and regulations,” the court said.
In more than a monthly ride, which took place from late February to the end of March, the state has closed more than 150 Madras, which the government says is running without association and fulfillment of the standards laid by the Council of Madras. The investigation on the financing of these institutions was also ordered by the main Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami.
