
The Ministry of Food Safety in Ernacula decided to cancel the licenses of two Shawarma stores in Ravipuram and Kaloor as monitoring complaints filed by persons who were ill after consuming suspicious uncooked meat last week.
Kochi’s health wing has asked the stores to temporarily turn off the operations after the inspection that the restaurant selling food, including Shawarma and Shawai, worked unhygienically.
The health status of a woman who consumed the ravipuram output last week after developing food poisoning, including fever, diarrhea and abdominal convulsions. Affected persons filed complaints 21 and 23 June.
Head officials of the Ministry of Food Security in Ernacula stated that the licenses would be canceled under the provisions of the Food Safety Act. The department will initiate proceedings against management against management.
Kochi has received complaints about food poisoning from those who have consumed food from the food security department. Food safety officials suspected that the consumption of non -boiled meat could result in food poisoning.

Kochi Corporation’s medical wing officials said that the management had closed the Kaloor drain itself after persons who had consumed the dishes from Ravipuram, filed a complaint. “We told them to turn it off temporarily, because the meals prepared at the Ravipuram output were sent to the calor fairy for sale,” they said.
