The joint collector of the district of Eluru and the Vice -Chairman of the Eluru City (EUDA) P. Dhatri Reddy (August 5, 2025) said that the state government extended the deadline for regulating unauthorized layouts and land below GO No. 134, Ma & UD (m) dating dated 26 July 2025.
“Andr Pradesh has extended the deadline for regulating unauthorized layouts and land according to GO Mrs. No. 134, Department of Ma & UD (m), of 26 July 2025,” Mrs. Reddy said in an official statement.
The revised instructions apply to unauthorized land or layout registered on June 30, 2025 or earlier. The owners of the plot or layout within the EUDA limits are required to submit their requests online through the LRS portal within 90 days of July 26, 2025 to legally run their properties.
Applicants who pay for regularization in full within 45 days will receive 10% discount, while those who pay over the next 90 days will be entitled to 5% discount, she said.
The advantages of LRS regularization include regularization of layouts and graphs, ensuring competence for building authorization, access to basic infrastructure such as water, electricity and drainage, and providing legal protection for future transactions.
All property owners with unauthorized land or layouts falling within the EUDA limits and registered before June 30, 2025, it is strongly recommended to take this opportunity.
Failure to comply can result in the legal steps of the EUD according to the applicable laws. If you have any questions, people can contact Help Desk: 99668 48055 or visit the LRS portal:
