The District and Meeting Court II found nine people for the murder of a forty -year -old announcer in the Goundawad district in the Belagavi district.
Judge NK Gangadhar found that in June 2022 they were nine wine for killing Satish.
The judge sentenced five out of nine perpetrators to a lifetime imprisonment and four to one year of strict imprisonment.
The judgment was issued on Saturday.
The victim fought against the soil interference belonging to Sri Bhairavnath’s temple.

After performing the court proceedings in the case of murder and arguments hearing the judge was condemned by JayAppu Niljakar, Anand Kutre, Sasikala Kutre, Mahantsh Niljakar and Arnav Kutre for life imprisonment.
The accused received a fine of 13,75,000 GBP.
The remaining four convicts were sentenced to one -year strict imprisonment.
The victim’s family welcomed the judgment and thanked the villagers, police officers and lawyers who helped them in their struggle for justice.
Officers from the Kakati police station who were investigating the case arrested nine accused.
