Five devotees were injured when the private jeep they traveled met with an accident on the first Ghat road leading to Tirupat on Monday. The accident occurred when the driver lost control of the speed vehicle when negotiating a deep curve and hit the neighboring wall of the window sill.
Injuries, whose identities are still known, were immediately rushed to the government hospital SPRR in Tirupati and their condition is allegedly considered stable.
