Police Petbasherabad arrested five men for the murder of a 38 -year -old entrepreneur who was stabbed on Sunday evening to death in a public view of the crowded weekly market.
Five accused, Shaik Ahmad aka noor, 33, Shaik Rehmath, 24, Kodimyala Shashi Kumar, 23, Vagmar Raj Kamal, 24 years, and Varroupla Jampann, 20, were arrested for the murder of Syedi Siddiqa, according to Cyberabad. All the perpetrators except Jampann are the inhabitants of Mach Bollaram while coming from the old Alwal.
Siddiq has been running vegetables next to his father for more than 15 years. “Their long -term rivalry with other local entrepreneur Shaik Mohammad and his sons caused repeated friction. Things escalated in March this year, when Siddiq allegedly attacked Mohammad’s son Ahmad, during a dispute at Medchal Weekly,” the officer explained.
Ahmad, who was afraid of the security of his family and holds resentment, decided to remove Siddiq. “He rode in his brother Rehmatt and three collaborators. On May 11, after confirmed Siddiq’s presence on the comprehensive market, the group launched the planned attack around 19:45 Ahmad, Rehmath and Shashi Kumar stabbed Siddiq several times when Raj Kamal and Jampanna attacked.”
Jampanna has a history of offenses and robbery with seven cases registered against him since 2020.
