
Five individuals were arrested for the illegal sale and transport of Toddy by the state working group Telangana excise tax and ban. The raids carried out in several parts of the city led to a 420 -liter Toddy seizure along with six two wheels and a reservation of three separate cases.
In the nalla cheruvu, clap, officials captured three men carrying 25 liters of toddy per motorcycles without valid licenses. The individuals were identified as Ranga Sricanth, Anil and Badiga Naveen.
In a separate surgery in the Ghatkesar area, a man named Sandeep was arrested while ferry to 82 liters of Toddy, who was subsequently confiscated. Another case led to the arrest of the ship Mahender and Mada Ramesh, who were found in holding 124 liters of Toddy. All seized samples were sent for forensic testing to see if Toddy was falsified.
Meanwhile, the raids were also carried out on three toddy depots in the areas of Saroornagar, Ramanthapur and Tappal. The samples were taken from each location and handed over to the laboratories for analysis.
The recovery comes as a result of the growing fears of the sale of the falsified Toddy in Hyderabad, which has recently led to hospitalization and increased public security alarms.
