Five members were arrested on Friday by the rural police Karimnagar for cheating the RS family 15,30 Lakh for pretexts of showing “loans” to avert the “evil eye” and discover the “hidden treasure” in the Kothapally mandala.
The arrested persons were identified as E. Raju of Chandragiri, Durgaiah from Agraharam, Penugonda Raju, Ajay and Satish
The defendant allegedly cheated on Pond of Sriramulapalli village falsely promising that his family would get rid of problems and ensure the well -being of his sick parents.
Reportedly, they made him pay for the last fortnight Rs of 15.30 Lakh in various installments on the pretexts of some “loans”. When Poe finally realized his plan, after he began to threaten more money, he filed a complaint with the local police.
The police team led by a country inspector Karimnagar Niranjan Reddy on Friday afternoon charged five individuals in Chintakunta. Police received RS 15.30 Lakh, seven gold, three cars and seven mobile phones from arrested individuals.
