Biomanure company by treating biodegradable waste using black soldiers (BSF) at Kochi Corporation in Brahmapuram is determined to turn into its machinery to reduce the content of humidity in biomanura to ensure permanent international standards to provide further export potential.
In the last few months, Fabbco Biocycle Private Limited, which has been Kochi Corporation, has exported 80 tonnes to the Dubai company engaged in sustainable vertical agriculture, among the other 75 tons on the local Kerala market. The export slowed down with the onset of the monsoon due to increased moisture content.
Minister for Local Self-Government MB Rajesh announced the export of the first consignment of Biomanure during Vruthi 2025-Čistý Conclave Keral, which took place in April in Thiruvananthapuram.
“We are convinced that we will change the machinery and improve biomanure production, in a few months corresponding to international standards to help satisfy the demand in Dubai for about 200 tons per month,” said PV Niyas, CEO of Fabbco Biocycle.
The company monitors a 16 -layer stacking system using trays in Brahmapuram, which facilitates the processing of 425 kg of food waste per six square feet, which ensures maximum productivity in minimum space. Fabbco operates a single unit of 50 tons in Brahmapuram and generates 10 tons of biomanura daily.
Meanwhile, Mukka Proteins Limited, the company that produces fish food, fish oil and fish -soluble pastes, received a 51% share in Biocycle Fabbco a few months ago. So far, the company has invested 20 GBP Crore in the ambitious FabBco Biocycle project on the establishment of 300 ton BSF units Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP), administrative body responsible for civic equipment responsible for civic equipment and some infrastructure assets with a larger infrastructure.
“We have run a test phase of 50 tonnes for the last two weeks and plan to increase up to 300 tons in the next six months. We have other questions from other local authorities such as Chennai Corporation and Erode Municipal Corporation,” Mr. Niyas said.
