A fire broke out in the vehicle showroom, opposite the Lourde Forane church, in the Thiruvananthapurama PMG, Kerala, early on Saturday (June 7, 2025), causing considerable damage.
The cause of the fire is not clear. Further investigation, the sources of fire and rescue services will be needed.

The fire broke out in the showroom with electric and petrol, which also functioned as a service center around 3.30 pm, fire and rescue services received information around 3.50 hours and two fire trucks were deployed to contain them.
The two -storey showroom contained vehicles, spare parts, engine oil, lubricants, papers and plastic on all floors. A gas stove and a lpg cylinder were also stored on the roof. The fire was the most intense on the second floor. However, there was no external approach to this floor and it could only be achieved internally.
Firefighters moved about 30 to 40 vehicles to safety, among many documents.
About three vehicles in the showroom and perhaps some in the service center are considered damage or destruction.
Overall, there were nine units from Chengalchool, Chakka, Vishinjam, Kazhakuttam and Nedumangad deployed to make the fire emerge.
A team of fire and rescue services led by district firefighter Suuraj S. and Thiruvananthapuram by fire -fighting stations Nithin Raj and km Shaji led efforts for fire.
