BJP MP Nishikant Dubey said on Saturday (August 9, 2025) that he filed a complaint with Lok Sabha spokesman, who claimed that violations of the privileges of Jharkand officials, including the main secretary and DGP, after he was registered with the “injury of religious feelings”.
The Jharkhand police said on Friday (August 8, 2025) that she registered a company against BJP MP Nishikant Dubey, Manoj Tiwari and others for “violent” entering Sancctum Sanctorum of Baba Baidyanath Temple in Deoghar 2.
“Fifty -one cases filed against me. I submitted the case of the privilege according to Article 105 of the Constitution against the Chief Secretary, the CEO of the Police, the representatives of Deoghar and the Chief Police Police,” Dubey said on the X.

Dubey claimed to go to the Baba Baidyanath Dham police station so that the police staff could arrest him, but refused.
