
Police officers on the field level serving at various stations under the Police of Tiruchi rural police were recommended to organize meetings with committees for awareness of vigilance in the village in their relevant jurisdiction to improve the relationship of the police and find out their complaints to the general public. This report was presented during a monthly crime prevention meeting, chaired by Tiruchi Superintendent of Police S. Selvanagarathinami on Thursday.
The meeting was attended by two other superintendents of the police, police director assistant, eight police representatives, 30 inspectors and 55 subordinate inspectors. Station level officers were asked to keep the card and watch the activities of noisy elements.
Officers serving at police stations were asked to organize periodical meetings with committees for awareness of the vigilation of villages in every village and maternal village to expand the information network at the level of local roots and create a awareness of cyber crimes, police resources said.
Another aspect that was built at the meeting was the need for the installation of supervisory cameras in public places. The discussion was held in cases waiting for police stations, those cases that are deposited in courts and those waiting for court and the appropriate instruction was provided to the officers to police officers.
During the meeting, the SP was awarded to 25 people to the police in the award of their excellent work to ensure the smooth behavior of the Sri Madhura Kaliamman temple festival, which took place from 1 to 9 April in Thottiyam in the district.
