VAIBHAV SURYAVANSHI (PTI Photo/Shailendra Bhojak) VAIBHAV SURYAVANSHI turns the head, this time on Australian soil. A 14-year-old miracle broke the brilliant century in the first youth test against Australia U-19, reached 100 in only 78 balls and ended with 113 out of 86 balls. His shifts represented nine four and eight six and shared a solid 152 partnership with Vedant Trivedi. Captain Ayush Matre was released for 21 years, while Vihaan Malhotra fell to 6. Vibhav’s shifts ended when he was caught by Alex Lee Young of Hayden Schiller’s bowling. A young Indian star has already created a name across formats. In the Odi Youth series, he broke the record for the most career six in cricket ODI Youth and broke the previous Stamp Unmukt Chand with 38 maximums during the second Indian 50 collision against Australia in Ian Healy in Brisbane. Vibhav first drew attention in the home cricket during the 2023-24 Ranji Trophy, debuted the first class in just 12 years and 284 days against Mumbai and became the youngest player in the history of the tournament. His rise continued when he became the youngest player who received an IPL contract, signed by Rajasthan Royals at the IPL 2025 auction at the age of 13. In IPL, VAIBHAV lit the tournament with a sensational 38-míček 101 and broke the records along the way. Its 35th century is the second fastest in IPL history, after Chris Gayle’s 30-Míčký Blitz for RCB in 2013, and the fastest Indian. From domestic cricket to youth international tests and IPL VAIBHAV SURYAVANSHI continues to rewrite record books, as evidenced by age is not an obstacle to size.
